She invited me to work out with her this past Saturday. She's really been wanting me to meet her trainer, and thought it'd be fun for me to work out with them. It is way past time for me to get back to working out, so i agreed.

We had a blast! There were 6 of us, and 6 different exercises. We would each take a different exercise, and do it for one minute, then switch to the next one. It was very similar to what we did when I used to take those bootcamp classes, that i so enjoyed. Only it's been AWHILE since I have done that, so i was not used to it anymore! Haha!
There were squats, push-ups, dumb-bell lifts, squats, kettlebell lifts, squats, weighted balls, and...more squats. DID I MENTION SQUATS?!!? Because i am SO sore today!
Yeah. Pretty much all of me is sore. Except my neck. And face. And hands. Um... yeah. Pretty much everything else is SORE! Haha!
ANYWAY. As if all that wasn't enough, we then headed outside for some TIRE flipping!

This girl was awesome! She flipped one by herself... I really don't think I could have done that by myself! It is harder than it looks!

It was wonderful. Thanks, Gayle. Oh, and she has told me she wants us to do this the first Saturday of each month. WHICH MEANS! I must get my booty exercising on a regular basis so i am not THIS sore when next month comes around! HA!
