Sometimes i just want to delete this blog & write about health/weightloss on my other blog on occasion. But will probably keep this one anyway, because it has all of my journey recorded.
I am not saying all of that to say that i am eating horribly - because I'm NOT!!! :)
Not that today has been great.
For 14 days (last week & the week before it), I walked every morning except Fridays & Sundays (my planned days off).
For those 14 days, i kept track of what i ate on My Fitness Pal, & stayed under a certain number of calories.
I also kept it up with the Plexus Slim & accelerator.
AND during that time, two entire weeks, on working days, i left my debit card in the car so i wouldn't be tempted to eat lunch in the cafeteria or grab a snack in the cafe or gift shop.
My friend, Ashley, suggested i mark my mirror with lipstick at the end of the day if i ate my lunch from home & left debit card in the car, and walked in the morning 5x/week. I had 14 marks on my mirror!! :)
But today i erased them. Because once you mess up, you gotta start over!
Yesterday was the heaviest day of my period. I was also depressed from still not being pregnant. (Another cycle, OH JOY!) I got up & got dressed for my walk, but the cramps were so bad, i got out of my workout clothes & into the tub. A hot bath usually at least somewhat soothes the horrible cramps.
At work, i had to give $10 cash towards a gift for a baby shower of one of our coworkers... so, i had to bring in my bank card so i could get cash out of the ATM. I STILL ATE THE LUNCH I BROUGHT FROM HOME, but i did eat a piece of cake at the baby shower.
Today, i forgot to leave my bank card in the car again! CRAP!!! And... i used it. I still ate the lunch i brought from home, but at the end of the day i went to the cafe & got a giant brownie. I ate half of it & couldn't eat anymore.
And i didn't walk this morning either.
But tomorrow? IT IS ON. Back to lipstick marks on my mirror. :)
-Walking every morning, except Friday & Sunday.
-Tracking food using My Fitness Pal, staying within calorie/carb/fat range.
-Leave bank card in car, no snacks from cafe or gift shop.
-Eat lunch that i brought from home.
My weight was up today because of my period. It was down to like 252 before i started my period, but it was back up to 257 this morning. That's what my period sometimes does, and i was eating junk too.
But tomorrow it's back on. My obgyn appointment is in ONE WEEK. Geez.
One fun piece of news... I went back to the gym Saturday to workout again with my friend Gayle & her trainer & her friends!!! Our friend Ashley from church came this time, and i had SO MUCH FUN with them! YEAH!
I really LOVE this bootcamp class. Wish it wasn't so far. Wish i could go regularly.

Saturday i could so tell i am losing weight... XL shirts (including this one) have always been SO TIGHT around my middle but they are pretty loose now. Not loose enough to go to a L, but to actually fit & not be too tight. I keep noticing my waist looks slimmer & my face in this pic is slimmer. YAY! It's good to notice it. :) But the scale hasn't gone down much more. But... it will. :)
